The Omron K8AK-PW1 200/240VAC is a voltage sensing AC relay designed to monitor three-phase power lines and trip the output contacts when voltage strays outside the set window. It operates directly from a 200 to 240 VAC supply, meaning it can be wired across the same line it monitors without a separate control transformer. Two SPDT (1 Form C) relay outputs, each rated 5 A at 250 VAC, provide independent alarm and trip signals. That gives you a normally-open and normally-closed contact per channel, so you can wire one set to a PLC input and the other to a shunt-trip breaker without adding interposing relays.
