Product details

The Omron K8DT-AS3CA is a current sensing relay that monitors AC/DC loads from 10 to 200 A, switching a SPDT relay output with an adjustable delay from 0.1 to 30 seconds. The adjustable trip point and delay let you tune for motor start-up inrush or transient loads without false trips.

Trip range 10-200 A AC/DC; set threshold via front potentiometer. Delay timer 0.1-30 s avoids nuisance tripping during starting surges. SPDT relay contacts are rated 5 A at 250 VAC, sufficient for direct switching of a contactor coil or alarm circuit. The 100-240 VAC supply matches standard panel voltages without needing a separate control transformer. The K8DT series is designed for DIN-rail installation, so it fits alongside other protective relays in a motor control center.
