The Omron K8DT-PH1CN is a phase loss and phase sequence monitoring relay from the K8DT series, designed to protect three-phase motors and equipment from supply faults. It detects a missing phase or incorrect phase rotation and drops the SPDT relay output (1 Form C) when the condition is unsafe. Supply range covers 200 to 480 VAC — fits most European and North American three-phase systems without a separate control transformer.
