What It Is and What It Does
The Omron K8DT-VW2CA is a self-powered voltage sensing relay from the K8DT series. It monitors AC/DC voltage across a 1 to 150 V range and switches an SPDT (1 Form C) relay output when the monitored voltage crosses the set threshold. The adjustable delay time of 0.1 to 30 seconds filters out transient dips and surges — show me the rating before you write it off as a nuisance trip. If the line voltage drifts outside the window you set, this relay drops the load. No exceptions.
