The Omron NJ501-1520 is the motion-control CPU for the NJ501 series, rated for 64 axes of synchronized motion. It communicates over EtherCAT for the real-time network and EtherNet/IP for plant-floor integration, plus a USB port for programming via SYSMAC Studio. Memory is 32K words, expandable up to 40 modules across three racks. The battery backup retains program and data on power loss. Mounts on DIN rail, operates 0–55°C.
