Integrated Control and Display
The Omron NSJ5-TQ11B-G5D combines a programmable logic controller and a TFT color LCD HMI in a single panel-mount unit. It runs off 24VDC and carries an IP65 rating — dust-tight and protected against water jets, which suits machine-side installation in mill or washdown areas. Memory is 32K words for logic, with battery backup to retain program and data on power loss.
Communications and Expansion
Built-in ports include DeviceNet, Ethernet, RS-232C, and USB. For larger machine control, the NSJ5 can expand with up to 30 modules across three racks — enough for most medium-scale automation. The CX-One software package handles configuration and programming for the entire NSJ series.
