4-Channel Analog Input on the NX Backplane
The Omron NX-AD4203 is a 4-channel analog input module that snaps onto the NX-series backplane. It brings four analog measurement points into the NX I/O rack, letting the CPU read process signals — pressure transmitters, temperature transducers, flow meters — without a separate analog remote terminal.
Wiring and Panel Fit
Termination is spring-clamp — push in a ferrule or solid wire and the cage holds it without re-torquing. That saves a few minutes per channel on a panel with a dozen analog inputs, and the spring connection is more vibration-resistant than a screw terminal over the machine's service life.
The NX-AD4203 carries CE, cULus, C-Tick, KC, Lloyd, and NK approvals. That covers European machinery directive, North American NRTL listing, Australian EMC, Korean KC mark, and marine classification (Lloyd's and Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) — so the same module can go into a packaging line for export or a shipboard control panel without a separate marine-grade variant.
