Same-spec sibling for sourcing flexibility
If your BOM was originally written for NX1021020, the NX1021000 drops right in – spec-for-spec identical. Both carry the same 5 MB program, 33.5 MB data, same communications set, same 24 V supply, same DIN-rail or panel mount. The only difference is the order code. So if you find NX1021020 on your shelf or see NX1021120 or NX1021100, any of them will work without rewiring or reconfiguring.
Integrator's quick-fit checklist

Real-time clock and battery backup – so you can leave the battery in until you actually swap it, it holds the program. Baud rate tops at 100 Mbps for the EtherCAT line. The RS-232C/422/485 serial port is there for legacy protocol converters or drives.
