Sibling check: NX1P29B40DT
The NX1P29B24DT1: Same NX1P family, same scan time and memory. The difference is I/O count: the 40DT variant gives you 24 inputs and 16 outputs instead of 14 and 10. If the panel design calls for the larger one, this 24-point unit won't swap in without rewiring — the I/O map changes. But if the spec sheet says 14 DI / 10 DO, this part is a perfect fit and likely cheaper per unit.
Panel fit
Mounts on DIN rail or panel — two options in the spec. Push-in terminals on the I/O blocks shave wiring time. Power at 20–24 VDC. For programming, it takes Ladder Diagram or Structured Text. The 2 MB data memory gives room for moderate-size machine logic. Real-time clock with battery backup holds the time across power loss.
