Notes for the commissioning bench
From the wiring-practice side: this is a moulded servo cable, not a field-cut assembly — strip length and pitch are fixed at the factory, so any panel-side adaptation has to happen at the drive terminal block, not on the cable itself. For the integrator, the load-bearing decision is which drive / motor pair it terminates to: the R88A-CA1 family is matched to the R88D-KP drive and R88M-G motor block by suffix code, and the suffix on the cable has to match the suffix on the motor end before power-up.
