Signal Integrity and Installation Note
The R88M-G10030H-BS2: Servo motors generate significant electrical noise from PWM drives. The encoder feedback cable and power leads should be run in separate shielded conduits — keep them at least 300 mm from any VFD output lines. Ground the shield at the drive end only; a floating field end avoids ground loops that corrupt the position feedback signal. If the machine has a history of random position errors, check the shield termination first — it's noise till proven otherwise.
