The AFPXHC14TD is a Panasonic FP-XH CPU with 8 digital inputs and 6 NPN solid-state outputs, running on 100-240 VAC. This is the base CPU for a small machine or standalone station — no relay outputs, so the solid-state side handles fast switching without mechanical wear.
Compared to the AFPXHC14P, which adds a battery backup and RS-232C plus USB communications, the AFPXHC14TD drops the battery and the extra serial port. Same DIN-rail footprint and same 100-240 VAC supply, so it swaps into the same panel without rewiring — but you lose the battery-backed RAM and the second comms channel. If the original spec called for battery-backed registers or a serial HMI, the AFPXHC14P is the closer fit.
