CPU overview
The FP2-C2L is a control logic CPU from Panasonic's FP2SH series, rated for 32K steps with 10K Words of program memory. It mounts on a backplane, communicates via RS-232C, and runs under FPWINPRO7 software. Battery backup is built in, and the system can expand to 32 modules maximum.
This part is discontinued per the manufacturer. There is no official successor listed in the lifecycle data.
