Limitation class 3 reduces let-through energy. The RCBO integrates both overcurrent and earth-leakage protection in one unit, saving one module width versus a separate MCB + RCCB pair. At 18 mm per pole, an 18-way distribution board fits 18 RCBOs plus a main switch — no extra width for the RCD element.
Depth of 77.5 mm fits within a 100 mm deep enclosure with clearance for wiring — no deep-can enclosure required. The 45 mm grid distance aligns with standard busbar systems. Screw-clamp terminals: top accepts 1–25 mm² rigid, bottom 1–16 mm² rigid. Tightening torque 3.5 N.m top, 2 N.m bottom. Wire strip length 14 mm top, 13 mm bottom. The 2 N.m bottom torque is lower than typical — use a torque screwdriver to avoid crushing fine-stranded conductors. Padlockable with a 4 mm padlock for lockout/tagout. ON/OFF indication visible through the enclosure window. The toggle control provides clear visual confirmation of contact position.
