The Bosch Rexroth BMI0703T07A is a single-phase servo motor delivering 700 W on 230 V or 400 W on 115 V. It uses a 70 mm flange, a 14 mm untapped shaft, and comes with an integrated EMC filter — you can skip the external filter if the drive's internal filtering is adequate, but watch for conducted emissions on long cable runs. Rated torque is 3.4 Nm continuous stall (30.09 lbf.in) at 115...230 V, with a peak stall of 8.6 Nm. Continuous stall current 3.5 A, maximum rms current 17.8 A — that's the limit for short-term peaks. The absolute multiturn Hiperface feedback means the drive knows the position immediately after power-up, no homing move needed, which shaves a few seconds off every startup cycle.
Integration notes
Mounts to an international standard flange (70 mm bolt circle). Cooling is natural convection, so keep the motor body free of enclosures that trap heat. Shaft IP54, housing IP65 — fine for washdown if the shaft seal is protected from direct spray.
