Single-phase servo motor with Hiperface absolute feedback
The Bosch Rexroth BMI0703T26A is a single-phase servo motor rated 700 W at 230 V, delivering 2.9 Nm continuous torque and a peak of 8.6 Nm for transient loads. Nominal speed is 3200 rpm on 230 V; on 115 V single-phase it drops to 1400 rpm and 400 W output. The Hiperface absolute single-turn SinCos encoder resolves position at power-up without a homing move—useful for a single-axis pick station or a cut-to-length carriage where the initial position is fixed. Built with a ten-pole three-stack stator, natural convection cooling eliminates the fan and its maintenance interval, so the only wear items are the bearings. The IP65 enclosure keeps out washdown moisture and dust in food-grade or packaging-floor environments. Integrated EMC filter covers conducted emissions on the 100–240 V 50/60 Hz supply line.
