Integrator brief: what this BMI motor carries
The BMI0703T36F is a single-phase-fed servo motor from the Rexroth BMI series, rated for 700 W at 230 V single phase or 400 W at 115 V single phase. Feedback is absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface, which pins it to drives that support that protocol — Rexroth IndraDrive or third-party drives with Hiperface input. Holding brake included, rated 3 N·m static torque. Shaft is 14 mm diameter, keyed, 30 mm long — standard 70 mm flange, IP65 sealed. Integrated EMC filter saves external filtering in the cabinet. Natural convection cooling; no forced air requirement.
Nominal torque 2.9 N·m at 115 V, 2.2 N·m at 230 V — so actual load capacity depends on your supply voltage. Peak stall torque 8.6 N·m on both voltages, giving a 3–4× overload margin for accelerations. Continuous stall torque 3.4 N·m across the full voltage range, which is the steady-state limit for sizing without duty cycle factoring. Maximum current Irms 17.8 A on both supply voltages. Stator resistance 2.58 Ω, inductance 2.28 mH at 20 °C, and brake pull-in power 5 W define drive parameters.
