The C10N1TM100 is a fixed-mount ComPacT NSX100N 1-pole circuit breaker with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated 100 A at 40 °C. It ships as a single unit — toggle handle, front-front connections, no earth-leakage module. The kit is complete for a distribution panel line-up: one breaker, one pole protected, ready for backplate mounting in horizontal or vertical orientation.
Breaking capacity and what it means for your panel
Rated 25 kA Icu at 220/240 V AC 50/60 Hz and 50 kA Icu at 250 V DC per IEC 60947-2. For DC circuits, the 50 kA rating at 250 V DC covers battery banks or rectifier outputs in the same footprint.
Integration checklist
Mounts on a backplate (DIN-rail adapter not included in this fixed-mount variant). Accepts horizontal or vertical orientation flat on the back. Front-front connections simplify bus-bar and cable routing in a panel. Overvoltage category IV covers the main distribution board entry. IP40 enclosure (IK07 impact) keeps dust and tools out; no washdown rating, so keep it inside the cabinet.
TM-D trip unit provides L (thermal overload) and I (magnetic short-circuit) protection in one package. The thermal element tracks I²t heating for overloads; the magnetic element trips instantaneously on high fault currents. Utilisation category A means it is not intended for frequent switching of motor starts — this is a distribution breaker, not a motor-circuit protector.
