Product details

The Schneider Electric C11B4TM040B is a ComPacT NSXm 4-pole moulded-case circuit breaker rated 40 A at 40 °C with a 25 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC — the B performance level for distribution duty. The thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit gives fixed thermal and magnetic protection, no field-adjustable dials, so what you spec is what protects the feeder.

The 4-pole version switches the neutral as well as the three phases, which is required for TN-S or IT systems where the neutral must be isolated during a fault.

Mounts on a backplate in horizontal or vertical orientation, flat on the back. The 108 mm width fits a 12-module 9 mm pitch DIN cutout. Front connection terminals accept compression lugs or busbars, with a 35 mm connection pitch using spreaders (27 mm without). Neutral is on the left.
