The C12F6TM160B is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSXm 4-pole moulded-case circuit breaker rated 160 A at 40 °C with a 36 kA interrupting capacity at 415 V AC (performance level F). It uses a thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit for distribution duty, Category A (no intentional short-time delay). Rated 160 A continuous at 40 °C ambient — that is the full-frame current, not a derated figure. The 36 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC means it safely clears a bolted fault up to that level without upstream devices needing to intervene, which is the main number for panel coordination studies. The 4P (four-pole) configuration switches all three phases plus neutral, with neutral on the left.
