DC-rated trip unit for ComPacT NSX
The C164TM125D is a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit from the Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX100...250 DC range, designed for 4-pole DC distribution applications. It complies with EN/IEC 60947-2, carries a pollution degree 3 rating per IEC 60947-1, and is IP40 protected.
The 750 V DC rated operational voltage covers common DC bus voltages in industrial drives, solar arrays, and battery banks; the 4D protected poles (four poles, all DC-rated) give full isolation on both positive and negative rails. The fixed instantaneous pickup at 1250 A (10× In) clears hard faults fast, while the adjustable long-time pickup (0.7–1× In) lets you dial in the overload threshold for the specific cable or busbar ampacity.
Integration notes
Mounts fixed in a ComPacT NSX100...250 DC molded-case circuit breaker frame. The Class II electrical shock protection means no earth connection is required on the trip unit itself.
