The CR1F1854U7 is a TeSys F magnetic latching contactor — a 4-pole, 4 NO device rated for motor control and resistive loads. For AC-4 (inching/plugging) the same current applies at ≤ 440 V, but the thermal current (Ith) is 275 A, which governs the resistive load capacity. The 1000 V rated insulation voltage (Ui) per IEC 60947-4 sets the system voltage ceiling for the panel design. Motor power ratings span 55 kW at 220–230 V up to 110 kW at 690 V AC, and UL/CSA horsepower ratings go from 50 hp at 200–208 V to 150 hp at 575–600 V. The control circuit is 240 V AC 50/60 Hz, with latching and unlatching limits of 0.85 to 1.1 Uc. Terminals accept bars (2 x 25 x 3 mm), ring lugs, or a 150 mm² connector. Tightening torque is 159.3 lbf·in (18 N·m). The TH protective treatment indicates tropicalisation for humid environments.
