The AC-3 rating at 80 A is the practical limit for motor switching — it accounts for the inrush and breaking of locked-rotor current. If your application is strictly resistive, the contactor can handle higher current, but the datasheet's AC-1 figure governs that curve.
Termination and auxiliary contacts
