The GV210R-25B12 is a 2-way globe valve from the VG210R series, sized DN25 with Rp internal threads and a bronze body rated PN16. It carries a Kvs of 12 and an equal-percentage flow characteristic, which means the valve gain increases as the plug lifts — useful for maintaining stable loop control across the operating range in hydronic systems. Seat leakage is Class IV (0.01 % of rated Cv), acceptable for most modulating applications where tight shutoff isn't required.
Materials and media compatibility
Body is bronze; the plug is stainless steel ASTM A276 Gr.316, and the trim is also stainless steel. The seating seal is EPDM, compatible with water and water-glycol mixtures up to 60 % concentration. Fluid temperature range is -7 to 100 °C. The packing material is brass UNS C36000. For glycol systems, EPDM holds up well — no swelling or embrittlement in the typical HVAC range.
