TeSys GV2 motor circuit breaker
The Schneider Electric GV2ME05A is a TeSys GV2 motor circuit breaker rated at 1 A line current with a 100 kA breaking capacity across 230–690 V AC, making it one of the highest interrupting ratings for a device this size. Thermal-magnetic trip unit, magnetic trip point at 15.1 A. Rated for motor protection under IEC/EN 60947-4-1 and UL 60947-4-1, it also serves as a disconnecting means (isolation suitable per IEC 60947-1).
Mounting & dimensions
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail or with an adaptor plate for panel screw fixing. Dimensions: 45 mm wide (1.8 in), 78.5 mm deep, 101 mm high. IP20 on front face, IK04 impact resistance. Power terminals accept 0.5–2.5 mm² solid or 0.5–4 mm² flexible without cable end.
