Motor protection specifics
This breaker covers motor power from 1.1 to 1.5 kW at 400/415 V AC, and scales up to 2.2–3 kW at 690 V AC. Phase failure sensitivity is built in, per IEC 60947-4-1, so a lost phase on the line side will trip the breaker and protect the motor from single-phasing. Utilisation category AC-3 means it's rated for switching squirrel-cage motors during starting and running; AC-3e extends that to high-efficiency motor profiles.
The 45 mm width (3-module) fits standard enclosure cutouts. Screw-clamp terminals accept up to 6 mm² solid or 4 mm² flexible with ferrule, torqued to 1.7 N·m. IP20 finger-safe front, IK04 mechanical impact rating — suitable for enclosed panel use where occasional tool contact is expected.

Certified to EN/IEC 60947-2 (circuit-breaker standard) and EN/IEC 60947-4-1 (contactor/motor-starter standard), plus UL 60947-4-1 and CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1. That dual-approval coverage means it satisfies both IEC and North American code requirements for motor branch-circuit protection. Climatic withstand per IACS confirms suitability for marine and humid environments within the rated temperature range.
