It provides thermal protection adjustable from 4 to 6.3 A and magnetic tripping at 78 A, rated for AC-3 duty (motor switching) up to 3 kW at 500 V AC. Coordination is Type 1, so after a fault the starter may need replacement, but the upstream gear stays untouched. Control circuit voltage is 380/400 V AC, so it's wired directly from the motor supply on a 400 V line — no separate control transformer needed for the coil.
