Overview

The HMIGK2310 is a Schneider Harmony GK HMI with a 5.7 in QVGA backlit colour TFT LCD, 128 MB flash EPROM application memory, and 512 KB SRAM backed by a lithium battery. It runs on a 24 VDC external supply, is sealed to IP20 with a NEMA 4X front panel, and is programmed via Vijeo Designer. It carries CE marking, complies with UL 61010-2-201, IEC 61131-2, and seismic zone 4 per UBC 1997, and is rated for 15 gn 11 ms shock per IEC 60068-2-27.

Memory and performance comparison

Compared to the XBTGT2110, the HMIGK2310 offers 4x the SRAM (512 KB vs 128 kB) and 8x the flash EPROM (128 MB vs 16 MB), giving it significantly more room for complex applications and data logging. It also draws less than half the power (7.7 W vs 18.0 W), reducing heat load in the cabinet.
