Overview
The HMIGTO3510 is a Schneider Harmony GTO 7.0" color touchscreen HMI, order code HMIGTO3510, with a resistive touch panel rated for 1,000,000 cycles and a 800 x 480 pixel WVGA display. It carries 96 MB of on-board Flash memory and is powered from an external source, mounted flush to the panel with four screw clamps. The front panel meets NEMA 4X (indoor use) and the enclosure is rated IP20.
This HMI runs the Magelis operating system on an ARM926EJ-S processor. The 96 MB Flash memory stores the runtime application, recipes, and screen pages — enough for a medium-sized machine with several hundred tags. An additional 128 kB of internal RAM backed by a lithium battery retains alarm logs and data for up to 100 days without external power. The HMIGTO3510 is suited for machine-level operator interface on packaging lines, material handling equipment, food processing machinery, and light industrial automation skids. Its NEMA 4X front panel allows washdown-capable mounting on the cabinet door, while the IP20 rear section stays inside the enclosure. The multi-protocol serial port makes it a practical choice for retrofits where the controller speaks an older fieldbus.
