Overview
The HMIGTO3510FCW is a Schneider Electric Harmony GTO touchscreen HMI, order code HMIGTO3510FCW, with a 7.0-inch WVGA color display at 800x480 pixels and a resistive touch panel rated for 1,000,000 cycles.
Applications
As a machine-interface terminal, the HMIGTO3510FCW provides operator control and visualization on packaging lines, material-handling equipment, and process skids.
The HMI supports multiple fieldbus protocols including Modbus, Modbus TCP, Uni-TE, Modbus Plus, FIPWAY, and third-party protocols for Mitsubishi, Omron, Rockwell, and Siemens, enabling integration into mixed-vendor architectures. Configuration is done via Vijeo Designer software version 6.1 or later; the unit stores applications on 96 MB Flash EPROM and retains 128 kB of SRAM data for 100 days via an internal lithium battery. The backlight is rated for 50,000 hours at 25 °C, and the unit withstands shock of 147 m/s² per EN/IEC 61131-2, suiting it for high-vibration environments.
