Overview

The HMIGTO5310FCW is a Schneider Electric Harmony GTO touchscreen HMI, order code HMIGTO5310FCW, with a 10.4" color VGA display at 640 x 480 pixels and a resistive touch film rated for 1,000,000 cycles. It runs on a 24 V DC external supply drawing 12 W, and is rated IP20 with a NEMA 4X front panel for indoor flush-mount installation.

This HMI runs Vijeo Designer configuration software version 6.1 or later, and communicates over Modbus TCP, Modbus Plus, FIPWAY, Uni-TE, and third-party protocols for Mitsubishi, Omron, Rockwell, and Siemens controllers. The 96 MB Flash EPROM holds application pages and recipes; 512 KB internal SRAM backed by a lithium battery retains alarm logs and data for up to 100 days without power.

Applications

Harmony GTO touchscreens are used as operator interfaces on packaging lines, material handling systems, water treatment skids, and OEM machinery where a 10.4" color display provides machine status, alarm management, and recipe selection. The NEMA 4X front panel suits washdown areas and dusty environments indoors.
