Product details

Overview

The HMIGTO5315FW is a Schneider Harmony GTO-series touchscreen HMI with a 10.4" color VGA display at 640 x 480 pixels, running on a 24 V DC external supply. It carries a stainless steel 304 enclosure rated IP20 with a NEMA 4X front panel for indoor use, and is designed for flush mounting.

Configured via Vijeo Designer software version 6.1 or later. Communicates over Modbus, Modbus TCP, Uni-TE, Modbus Plus, FIPWAY, and third-party protocols for Mitsubishi, Omron, Rockwell, and Siemens controllers. Internal memory consists of 96 MB Flash EPROM for application storage and 512 KB SRAM for data backup, retained by a lithium battery for up to 100 days. The display offers 16 brightness levels adjustable via touch or software, and supports multi-language fonts including ASCII, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, and Korean.

Applications

This HMI is suited for machine-level operator interface in packaging, material handling, food and beverage, and light industrial automation where a stainless steel enclosure is required for washdown or corrosive environments. The NEMA 4X front panel allows installation in areas with occasional splashes or dust, while the IP20 rear remains inside a cabinet.

The HMIGTO5315FW is an active product in Schneider's Harmony GTO line.
