The HMISTU855W is a Schneider Harmony STU 5.7-inch color touchscreen HMI with a QVGA 320 x 240 pixel display, 16 MB application memory, and 64 kB backup data memory. The unit carries cULus, C-tick, UKCA, and UL Class 1 Div 2 certifications, with a shock rating of 15 gn 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27.

Compared to the HMISTM6400, the HMISTU855W has a smaller 5.7" QVGA display (320 x 240 vs 800 x 480 WVGA) and less application memory (16 MB vs 1 GB device memory), making it suited for simpler machine interfaces rather than data-intensive visualization. The HMISTU855W draws 6.8 W versus 10.4 W for the HMISTM6400, and both use an external 24 VDC supply, so a panel wired for the HMISTM6400 can accept the HMISTU855W without rewiring the power source.
