Overview

The ILA2D571TB1F0 is a Schneider Lexium ILA integrated drive combining a 6-pole AC synchronous servo motor with onboard drive electronics. It runs on a 24 V DC supply, delivers 0.31 Nm continuous torque, and reaches 5000 rpm at 24 V or 7000 rpm at 48 V. The unit includes a holding brake and a single-turn encoder feedback, and communicates via DeviceNet at selectable baud rates of 125, 250, or 500 kbauds.

Rated for 150 m/s² shock per EN/IEC 60068-2-29, the drive handles 1000 shocks without degradation. Rotor inertia is 0.165 kg·cm². The RS485 interface supports Modbus TCP at 9.6, 19.2, and 38.4 kbauds alongside the primary DeviceNet fieldbus. Natural convection cooling keeps the IP41 enclosure free of forced-air requirements in typical cabinet installations.
