The ILA2P571TB1F0 is a Schneider Lexium ILA integrated drive combining a 6-pole AC synchronous servo motor and drive electronics in a single 57 mm frame package. It operates on a 48 V DC single-phase supply, delivers 0.31 Nm continuous torque, and is rated IP41 for cabinet or machine-mount applications.

The integrated drive eliminates separate cabling between motor and drive — power and feedback share the same housing. The 6-pole AC synchronous motor provides smooth torque down to zero speed, with a rotor inertia of 0.165 kg·cm² for responsive acceleration. Rated torque of 0.31 Nm is sustained at speeds up to 5000 rpm on 24 V or 7000 rpm on 48 V supply, making it suited for high-speed indexing or pick-and-place cycles. A single-turn encoder provides position feedback for closed-loop control. The holding brake engages on power loss with a 14 ms release time, holding the load in vertical axes.
