Overview
The LC1E120M5 is a Schneider Easy TeSys Control contactor, 3-pole normally open, rated 120 A in AC-3 utilization category at 440 V, with a 220 V AC 50 Hz coil. It carries EN/IEC 60947-4-1 and GB/T 14048.4 certifications, mounts on DIN rail or plate, and is rated IP2X per IEC 60529.
This contactor switches motor loads under AC-3 and AC-3e categories, handling the inrush and break of squirrel-cage motors up to 120 A. The AC-1 rating covers resistive loads at the same current. The coil pulls in at 220 V AC 50 Hz; the non-overlap time of 1.5 ms on energisation and de-energisation ensures NC and NO contacts never close simultaneously, preventing shoot-through in reversing or star-delta circuits.
