Overview

Function & operation
This contactor switches motor loads under AC-3 and AC-3e categories, handling the inrush and break of squirrel-cage motors up to 120 A. The AC-1 rating covers resistive loads at the same current. The coil pulls in at 220 V AC 50 Hz; the non-overlap time of 1.5 ms on energisation and de-energisation ensures NC and NO contacts never close simultaneously, preventing shoot-through in reversing or star-delta circuits.
