DC contactor with 150 A thermal current, 12 VDC coil
The Schneider Electric LC1E150ADCH2S260N is a 1-pole DC contactor from the Easy TeSys Control range, rated for 150 A conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) on the power circuit. Coil is 12 V DC (Uc), with operational limits of 0.85 to 1.1 Uc and drop-out between 0.1 and 0.75 Uc. Hold-in power is 7.2 W. This variant is designed for resistive load switching at up to 1000 V DC maximum switching voltage. Ambient operating temperature span is -40 to 85 °C, with no derating up to 4000 m altitude. Rated insulation voltage (Ui) on the power circuit is 1500 V, impulse withstand (Uimp) 8 kV (coil not connected to power circuit). Compliance per IEC 60947-4-1 and GB/T 14048.4.
Mounting and termination notes
Mounts vertically on a support (vertical mounting support is specified). Overall dimensions: 3.2 in deep, 2.3 in wide, 2.9 in tall. Power circuit terminations use M8 bolt with flat and spring washers; tighten to 8–10 N·m (70.8–88.5 lbf·in). Control circuit comes with a 15.7 in (40 cm) two-wire pigtail. The contactor carries IP60 protection — dust-tight but not sealed against water ingress. Single-pole (1P) configuration: main pole is 1 NO, auxiliary contact is also 1 NO. Minimum switching conditions: 0.1 A and 8 V DC. Permissible short-time ratings: 150 A continuous, 170 A for 1000 s, 200 A for 360 s, 300 A for 60 s. On closing, operating time is 50 ms; on opening, 30 ms.
