DC furnace contactor, built for resistive loads
The LC1E150ASCH2S260N is a single-pole DC contactor from the Easy TeSys Control range, specified for resistive load switching at up to 150 A continuous and 1000 V DC. The coil pulls in at 12 V DC with a 30 ms closing time and holds at 3.5 W. That closing time and contact composition (1 NO main, 1 NO auxiliary) suit direct on-off control of heating elements, not soft-start or switching inductive loads like motors.
Panel integration notes
Mounts vertically on a flat surface (no DIN rail). Power terminals accept M8 bolts with flat and spring washers; torque to 8–10 N·m. The control circuit is delivered as two wires, 40 cm length, pre-stripped for a DC supply. Overall depth of 81.3 mm and width of 66.5 mm keep it compact for a 150 A contactor.
