The Schneider Electric LC1E160B5 is an EasyPact TVS contactor — three-pole, normally open, rated 160 A in AC-3 duty at up to 440 V, with a 24 V AC coil. AC-3 is the standard utilisation category for squirrel-cage induction motors: starting, switching off during running, and occasional plugging or inching. The 160 A AC-3 rating means this contactor handles motor loads drawing up to that current under those conditions, not just resistive heating.
