It is rated for 32 A in AC-3 utilisation category at ≤440 V, meaning it is designed for switching squirrel-cage induction motors under full-load starting and stopping conditions. The coil is 440 V AC, so it pulls in and holds at that control voltage. It also carries AC-3e and AC-1 ratings, covering enhanced motor switching and resistive loads respectively. Mounting is via DIN rail or plate, and the contactor is rated IP2X with a finger-safe front. It operates without derating up to 3000 m altitude.
