It is a DIN-rail or plate-mount device, built to EN/IEC 60947-1, 60947-4-1, and 60947-5-1, plus the Chinese GB/T equivalents.

The headline rating is 60 A in AC-1 utilisation category. AC-1 covers resistive loads — no significant inrush or inductive kick — so this contactor is not rated for motor starting. If your application involves motors, transformers, or discharge lamps, you need an AC-3 or AC-4 rated contactor instead. The 4-pole configuration with 2NO+2NC gives flexibility for switching two independent resistive circuits or using the NC poles for interlocking. Operating altitude up to 3000 m and ambient temperature range of -5 to 55 °C cover most indoor industrial environments without derating.
