The LC1E3801R5 is a 3-pole contactor from Schneider Electric's Easy TeSys Control range, rated for 38 A in AC-3 / AC-3e duty at ≤440 V. The coil is 440 V AC, 50 Hz, and the contactor carries one normally-closed auxiliary contact.
The AC-3e rating is a more recent addition covering energy-efficient motors with higher inrush; if your motor is IE3 or IE4, that AC-3e line is the one to match.
