The LC1E50ADCH1S260N: The control circuit is 12 V DC (0.85–1.1 Uc operational range, dropout at 0.1–0.75 Uc) with a hold-in power consumption of 5.5 W. Mechanical durability is 300,000 cycles; electrical durability is tested at 750 V and 1000 V DC for breaking-only cycles at 50 A. The contactor is designed for resistive load switching — not inductive loads in DC motor circuits without external arc suppression. Short-time current capability extends to 75 A for 60 minutes, 100 A for 20 minutes, and 500 A for 0.6 seconds, giving headroom for transient overloads or weld suppression in DC applications.
Physical and environmental
Dimensions: 2.8 in height × 1.4 in width × 2.1 in depth. IP60 protection keeps out dust and incidental contact. Mounting is vertical support, with power circuit terminals accepting M5 nut, flat and spring washers; torque to 31–39.8 lbf·in (3.5–4.5 N·m). Control circuit has a 2-wire supply, 15.7 in (40 cm) flying leads. Ambient operating temperature spans –40 to 185 °F (–40 to 85 °C), with derating not required up to 4000 m altitude. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ at 1000 V DC; rated impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) 6 kV with coil not connected to power circuit, per IEC 60947.
