Contactor ratings and fit
The LC1E65U5 is a 3-pole contactor from the Easy TeSys Control range, rated 65 A in AC-3 and AC-3e utilisation categories at ≤440 V — meaning it switches three-phase induction motors up to that current under full-load start/stop duty. The 240 V AC 50 Hz coil is built for standard line-voltage control circuits; no separate control transformer is needed if the panel already runs 240 VAC control. It also carries an AC-1 rating for resistive loads.

IP2X finger protection on the contactor body — adequate for enclosed panels, not for open mounting.
Mounts on either a DIN rail or a plate (screw-fixed), with dimensions 75 mm wide × 127 mm high × 114 mm deep. Mechanical robustness: 3 Gn vibration closed, 7 Gn shock closed.
