The coil is 415 V AC 50 Hz wide-range, with a dropout threshold of 0.3–0.6 Uc and a pick-up range of 0.7–1.25 Uc across -5 to 55 °C — verify your control transformer secondary matches before wiring. Mounts on DIN rail or plate via screw-clamp terminals. Power-circuit terminals accept 4–50 mm² solid or flexible with cable end; control-circuit terminals take 1–4 mm². Tighten power terminals to 12 N·m, control terminals to 1.2 N·m. The IP20 finger-safe enclosure suits enclosed panel installation — not for washdown zones.
AC-1 rating at 100 A means this contactor is sized for resistive loads where the current stays sinusoidal and the switching arc is modest — think electric heaters, ovens, or lamp banks. The 4-NO pole configuration gives four independent normally-open power poles, so you can switch three phases plus a neutral or split the load across separate circuits. Electrical durability is 350,000 cycles at AC-1; mechanical durability is 3 million cycles, so in a cycling application like a conveyor heater bank it will outlast most maintenance intervals. Associated fuse rating is 160 A gG at ≤690 V, coordination type 1 for the power circuit — meaning the contactor may need replacement after a fault, but the upstream fuse clears the short without damaging the panel wiring. Rated breaking capacity is 640 A at 440 V; rated making capacity is 800 A at 440 V, both per IEC 60947.
