Its headline rating is 110 A AC-1 at ≤415 V — that's the current it can make and break in resistive duty, so it handles heating elements, lighting banks, or transformer primary switching where inrush is low. The 220 V AC 50 Hz coil pulls 200 VA inrush at cos φ 0.75, then settles to 6–10 W heat dissipation. Coil drop-out is guaranteed between 0.3 and 0.6 Uc, operational pickup between 0.7 and 1.25 Uc, so it stays pulled in down to about 154 V and drops out reliably below 132 V. The contactor is rated for AC-1 utilisation category per IEC 60947-4-1, with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 690 V and a rated breaking capacity of 640 A at 440 V. Mechanical durability is 3 million cycles, electrical durability 350,000 cycles in AC-1. Maximum operating rate is 1200 cycles per hour at 60 °C.
Integration notes
Mounts on DIN rail or plate — 95 mm wide, 127 mm tall, 120 mm deep. Power circuit terminals accept 4–50 mm² flexible with cable end; control circuit terminals take 1–4 mm² solid or flexible. Tightening torque: 12 N·m on power, 1.2 N·m on control. No auxiliary contacts built in — the contactor ships without them, so add a separate auxiliary block if you need feedback or interlocking.
