The Schneider Electric LC1F115E6 is a three-pole TeSys F contactor rated for motor switching in AC-3 duty up to 200 A at 440 V, translating to 55 kW on a 400 V three-phase line. The 48 V AC 60 Hz coil draws 660 VA inrush and 55 VA hold-in at 20 °C. It is built to EN 60947-4-1 and IEC 60947-1, with a mechanical endurance of 10 million cycles.
The 200 A AC-3 rating at 440 V governs motor switching — that is the current the contactor can make and break under inductive load. The 55 kW at 400 V AC-3 is the real-world motor size it handles on a standard European supply. The coil is 48 V AC 60 Hz only; a 50 Hz coil won't pull in reliably, so verify your control voltage matches. The contactor also carries AC-1 (resistive) and AC-4 (plugging/inching) ratings, but AC-3 is the primary duty for most conveyor, pump, and fan applications.
Integration notes
Mounts on a plate (not DIN rail). Power terminals accept bar connections (2 x 20 x 3 mm) or ring lugs up to 95 mm²; control circuit uses screw clamps for 1–4 mm² flexible or solid wire. Tighten power connections to 10 N·m, control to 1.2 N·m. The front face with shrouds achieves IP2X.
