The Schneider TeSys F LC1F150G622L is a 3-pole contactor rated for 250 A in AC-3 duty at ≤ 440 V, with a 120 V AC 60 Hz control coil. It handles motor loads up to 75 kW at 380–400 V (AC-3) or 100 hp at 460 V under UL/CSA. The coil holds at 0.85–1.1 Uc and drops out between 0.35–0.55 Uc at 55 °C — standard for this class of heavy-duty switching. This is a plate-mount contactor (not DIN-rail), sized for panel or backplate integration. The power circuit uses bolted connections or ring terminals up to 120 mm²; control wiring accepts 1–4 mm² flexible or solid under screw clamps. Tightening torque is 18 N·m on the power side and 1.2 N·m on the control side.
The successor within the TeSys F family is a direct mechanical and electrical swap for new builds or line-down spares.
The associated fuse recommendation is 160 A aM or 250 A gG at ≤ 440 V. Closing time is 23–35 ms, opening 5–15 ms. Heat dissipation runs 12–16 W total, or 8 W per pole in AC-3 duty — relevant for enclosure thermal budgeting. The contactor carries a rated insulation voltage of 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1 and 1500 V per VDE 0110 Group C. Overvoltage category III means it is suitable for fixed-installation distribution panels.
The LC1F150G622L is certified to EN 60947-4-1, IEC 60947-1, JIS C8201-4-1, and IEC 60947-4-1. It carries UL/CSA motor power ratings (40–125 hp depending on voltage). The front face with shrouds achieves IP2X per IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. Protective treatment is TH for tropical environments.
