The Schneider Electric LC1F2654FE7 is a TeSys F four-pole contactor rated for 350 A in AC-1 duty (resistive load) at up to 440 V AC, with a 115 V AC 50/60 Hz coil. The four normally-open power poles make it a straight switching block for resistive heating banks, lighting stages, or transformer primary circuits — not a reversing or star-delta set, just a straight on-off power pole. The 4 NO configuration means all four poles close together; there are no auxiliary contacts built into the main pole stack. If you need N/C mirror contacts or early-make auxiliaries, those go on the side-mounted add-on blocks — the base contactor is a pure power switch.
Rated 350 A at ≤40 °C in AC-1 for resistive loads. For motor loads (AC-3), derate per the datasheet curve. Coil inrush is 650 VA at 20 °C, hold-in is 10 VA. Operates from 0.85 to 1.1 Uc; drops out between 0.15 and 0.2 Uc. The 8 kV impulse withstand and 1000 V rated insulation voltage place it in overvoltage category III — suitable for fixed-installation distribution panels, not for plug-connected equipment.
Plate-mounted, not DIN-rail snap-on. The 244.5 mm width by 203 mm height by 213 mm depth means it fills a backplate footprint roughly the size of a sheet of A4 paper turned sideways. Power circuit terminals accept bar connections up to 32 x 4 mm busbar cross-section or ring terminals up to 240 mm² cable. Control circuit terminals are screw-clamp, accepting 1 to 4 mm² flexible or solid. Tightening torque for the power circuit is 35 N.m — that is a substantial bolted connection, not a spring terminal; budget for a torque wrench during panel build. Heat dissipation is 8 W total, with 37 W per pole in AC-1. That 37 W per pole is the dominant thermal load — at 350 A through all four poles, the contactor dumps about 148 W into the enclosure. That needs to be factored into the cabinet cooling calculation; a sealed stainless enclosure without ventilation will cook the coil life.
Tested to IEC 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-4-1. Also carries JIS C8201-4-1. Protective treatment is TH for humid environments.
