TeSys F LC1F4004G7 — 500 A AC-1 Contactor, 4 NO, 120 V AC Coil
The Schneider Electric LC1F4004G7 is a 4-pole contactor from the TeSys F range, rated for 500 A in AC-1 utilisation category (resistive load) at ≤ 440 V and < 40 °C. The 120 V AC control circuit operates at 40–400 Hz with a hold-in consumption of 15 VA. Four normally-open power poles handle the main circuit; the contactor is plate-mounted and carries an IP20 rating on the front face when shrouds are fitted, conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. Tightening torque: control circuit 1.2 N·m, power circuit 35 N·m. Associated fuse rating is 400 A aM or 500 A gG at ≤ 440 V. Heat dissipation is 14 W total (65 W per pole in AC-1 duty). Average impedance is 0.26 mΩ at Ith 500 A, 50 Hz.
